Who We Are
PassPath Prep is an independent publisher of exam-preparation study aids operated by PassPath Prep LLC. We are not a law firm, training school, government agency, or licensing authority. PassPath Prep is not affiliated with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), Continental Testing Services, Inc., or any state agency.
Product Formats
PassPath Prep products are available in three formats:
• Digital download — PDF files delivered instantly via email through Sky Pilot
• Printed study guide — physical printed and bound materials shipped via Lulu Press
• Printed flashcard deck — physical flashcard sets shipped via The Game Crafter
Purchasing one format does not include the others unless explicitly stated on the product page.
License Granted to You
When you purchase a PassPath Prep product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own exam preparation.
• Digital products: you may download, view, and print the files for personal study use only
• Printed products: you receive a single physical copy for personal use
The license does not transfer to another person upon resale, gifting, or other transfer of the physical copy.
What You May Not Do
• Redistribute, resell, share, post, or upload PassPath Prep files to any public or private platform
• Photograph, scan, or otherwise reproduce physical product content for distribution
• Use the materials to train AI models or as input to a generative AI service
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice in the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose other than your own personal study
Bulk and Agency Licensing
If you want to purchase PassPath Prep materials for multiple employees or students, contact support@passpathprep.com for a bulk license. Bulk pricing is available for both digital and printed formats.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery terms for each product format are described in our Shipping Policy. PassPath Prep is not responsible for delays caused by third-party fulfillment partners (Lulu Press or The Game Crafter) or carriers.
No Guarantee of Passing
PassPath Prep is a study aid. We make no guarantee that purchasing or using our materials will result in a passing exam score. Your result depends on your preparation, the specific exam version you receive, and many other factors outside our control.
Not Legal Advice
PassPath Prep products discuss Illinois statutes and rules in plain language for study purposes. They are not legal advice and do not establish an attorney-client relationship. Always consult the current Illinois Compiled Statutes, the Illinois Administrative Code, and a qualified attorney for legal questions.
Statutes Change
Illinois law is updated regularly. We provide free updates to digital purchasers for 12 months from the date of purchase. Updates are delivered digitally; printed product purchasers may download the updated digital files or purchase a new printed edition at a discounted rate.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PassPath Prep products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassPath Prep's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of PassPath Prep products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of PassPath Prep constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
