Digital Products
Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase, all digital sales are generally final. We offer a limited refund window:
7-day refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded any of the included files. Our delivery system (Sky Pilot) records each download event; refund eligibility is verified against those records.
Not refundable (digital)
• Any order where one or more files have been downloaded
• Orders older than 7 days from the purchase date
• Free products (e.g., the Cheat Sheet lead magnet)
• Discount-code orders where any file has been downloaded
Printed Study Guides (Lulu)
Printed study guides are produced on demand specifically for your order. Refunds or replacements are available in the following circumstances:
Eligible for replacement or refund
• Your order arrives damaged or defective — contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos
• Your order is lost in transit — contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed
Not eligible
• Change of mind after the order has entered production
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Printed Flashcard Decks (Game Crafter)
Flashcard decks are produced on demand by The Game Crafter. The same terms apply as for printed study guides:
• Damaged or defective on arrival — contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos
• Lost in transit — contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed
• Change of mind after production has begun is not eligible for a refund
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email support@passpathprep.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable (for physical products). We typically respond within 2 business days.
Failed Downloads or Technical Issues (Digital)
If you experience a technical issue preventing download or delivery, contact us and we'll re-issue the download link at no charge — including outside the 7-day window.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback before contacting us first will result in your order being canceled and any further access to PassPath Prep products being revoked.
