Digital Products
PassPath Prep digital products are delivered by email immediately after a successful purchase through our delivery provider, Sky Pilot. Download links are active for 30 days from the date of purchase, with up to 5 download attempts per file.
Nothing is physically shipped for digital orders. If you don't receive your download email, check your spam folder and then contact support@passpathprep.com with your order number.
Printed Study Guides (Shipped via Lulu)
Printed study guides are produced on demand and shipped directly to you by Lulu Press. Processing times and shipping estimates are as follows:
• Production time: typically 3–5 business days
• Standard shipping (US): 5–7 business days after production
• Expedited shipping options available at checkout
• International shipping available; rates and delivery times vary by destination
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. PassPath Prep is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Printed Flashcard Decks (Shipped via Game Crafter)
Printed flashcard decks are produced on demand and shipped directly to you by The Game Crafter. Processing and shipping estimates are as follows:
• Production time: typically 5–10 business days
• Standard shipping (US): 3–7 business days after production
• International shipping available; rates and delivery times vary by destination
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Orders with Mixed Product Types
If your order includes both digital and physical products, digital files will be delivered immediately by email. Physical items ship separately from Lulu or Game Crafter and will arrive on their own timelines.
Printing Your Digital PDFs
All PassPath Prep PDFs are formatted for standard US letter-size paper (8.5″ × 11″) and can be printed on any home or office printer. PassPath Prep is not responsible for the cost or quality of home printing.
International Orders
Digital products are available worldwide with no shipping charges. Physical products ship internationally; shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
